- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- vanilla wafers
- 1 can pie filling (cherry, blueberry)
Directions

1Mix the cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla together until blended.

2Put a vanilla wafer, flat side up, in the bottom of a small foil or paper baking cup (2 to 2 1/2-inch cups work best). Top with cheese mixture (fill each one 3/4 full).

3Place on a cookie sheet.

4Bake 15 minutes at 350°.

5Cool and top with a teaspoon of pie filling.
