- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 box graham cracker crumbs
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Directions

1Separate eggs.

2Beat egg whites and set aside.

3Mix egg yolks and sugar, then cream in cheese.

4Add egg whites.

5Use mini muffin cup pans.

6Butter each pan including the top edge.

7Pour in graham cracker crumbs; shake and pour out.

8Fill each muffin cup half full of mixture.

9Bake 25 minutes at 325°.

10Put cherry on top. Makes about 100.
