  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 cup COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
  • 4 each maraschino cherries
  • 1 Tbsp. PLANTERS Almonds

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cold water and almond extract.

    Refrigerate until slightly thickened.

    Beat slightly thickened gelatin until light and fluffy.

    Fold in whipped topping.

    Spoon mixture into 4 (6-ounce) dishes which have been fitted with 1/2-inch foil collars.

    Refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours.

    To serve, remove foil; garnish with maraschino cherries and almonds.
