Ingredients
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 small box vanilla instant pudding
- Cool Whip
- maraschino cherries
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Heat water and margarine to rolling boil.

3Stir in flour vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball (about 1 minute).

4Remove from heat.

5Beat in eggs thoroughly one at a time until smooth.

6Drop dough by rounded teaspoonful onto slightly greased cookie sheet.

7Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown and dry.

8Makes 18 to 35 puffs. Cool.

9Cut off tops and scoop out filaments.

10Make pudding according to package directions.

11Fill puffs.

12Top each cream puff with dop of Cool Whip and 1/2 a cherry.
