  • 1 c. chopped dates
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1/4 c. diced candied cherries
  • 1/4 c. diced candied pineapple
  • 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 5 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Mix well all the ingredients and spoon into mini cupcake pans sprayed with Pam.
