Mini Fruit Tarts

Ingredients

  • 1 box Puff Pastry
  • Melted Butter
  • Fruit - Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries
  • Sugar

Directions

    Thaw puff pastry as directed on box.

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F).

    When pastry is thawed, unfold and cut into small squares (you can use a small circle cutter or shot glass if you'd prefer)

    Place pastry on greased baking sheet (or use parchment). Lightly brush pastry with melted butter, then place fruit* on top of pastry, and slightly push into dough. Sprinkle (liberally) with sugar.

    Bake for 10-12 minutes, until pastry is golden brown. Cool pastries on a baking rack.

    *I haven't tried other kinds of fruit with this recipe, but I have a feeling that any fruit would be delicious!
