- 3-3/4 cups Chicken Broth Or Beef Broth
- 1 pound Orzo Pasta
- 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Directions

1Bring broth to boil in a large sauce pan. Stir in the orzo pasta and reduce heat to medium low. Let simmer for 9- 11 minutes or until orzo is tender. Remove from heat and stir in the cheese until melted. Stir in salt and pepper. Serve immediately!

2* I have made this using each of the broths and it tastes great either way. The beef tends to give this dish a stronger flavor. I have also used a combination of broths with good results.
