- 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. beef instant bouillon
- 1 (11 oz.) pkg. pie crust mix
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except pie crust mix; mix well.

3Prepare pie crust mix as directed.

4Divide dough in half.

5On floured surface, roll out half the dough to 10 x 13-inch rectangle, 1/8-inch thick.

6Cut into 20 (2 1/2-inch) squares.

7Spoon 1 heaping teaspoonful meat mixture in center of each square; fold as desired.

8Repeat with remaining dough and meat mixture.

9Place 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheets.

10Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until brown.
