  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. peach preserves or any topping you wish
