  • mustard or Thousand Island dressing
  • corned beef
  • sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
  • Swiss cheese slices

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    Grease a cookie sheet.

    Spread butter and mustard on bread.

    Put corned beef and 1 teaspoon sauerkraut on top, then slice of cheese.

    Bake on cookie sheet 8 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted.

    Can be cut in half.
