  • 2 tablespoons coriander chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 12 slices bread
  • 9 shrimp
  • arugula
  • 1/2 cucumber small
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    Mix the the cilantro with the mayonnaise.

    Cut the slices of bread into heart shapes.

    Spread the mayonnaise on the bread.

    Spread the unpeeled shrimp on a baking sheet and bake for 6 to 8 minutes. Turn once. Remove from oven and let cool.

    Peel the shrimp and cut them in half.

    Add 1-2 shrimp halves to each sandwich.

    Add a very thin slice of cucumber slice and a bit of arugula.
