  • 1 (13.8-ounce) package refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • 8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli American, cut into quarters
  • 2 cups prepared chicken or turkey taco filling
  • 1/2 cup seeded chopped tomato
  • 1 Land O Lakes Egg, slightly beaten
  • Sour cream, if desired

    Heat oven to 450F.

    Press each package of dough into 15x10-inch rectangle.

    Cut into 8 (3 3/4x2 1/2-inch) rectangles.

    Place 2 quarters cheese onto half of each piece of dough 1/2-inch from edge.

    Top with 1/4 cup taco mixture, 1 tablespoon chopped tomato and 2 quarters cheese.

    Brush edges of dough with egg.

    Fold dough over filling, aligning edges.

    Press edges with fork to seal.

    Place onto greased baking sheet.

    Brush tops with egg.
