  • 1 package 16 Ounce Package, Ground Turkey Meat
  • 2 whole Eggs, Beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Or Fresh Rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1- 1/2 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • 1 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cups Yellow Mustard

    Preheat oven to 375 F.

    In a large mixing bowl add ground turkey meat, beaten eggs, rosemary and black pepper and mix well with a wooden spoon.

    On a platter/dish add seasoned bread crumbs.

    Roll the turkey meat mixture into teaspoon size nuggets and roll in bread crumbs.

    Place nuggets on a rimmed non-stick baking sheet pan, leaving space between each.

    Continue process until all of the mixture is used.

    Bake for 25 minutes.

    For the dipping sauce: Mix honey and mustard together with a spatula in a small mixing bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.

    Note: You can freeze these before or after baking, if desired.
