- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cream sugar and soft cream cheese.

2Add eggs and beat thoroughly.

3Add lemon juice and vanilla.

4Mix well.

5Place in 18 paper cupcake liners and put in muffin tins.

6Fill with cheese mixture.

7Bake at 350° or 375° for 20 minutes.

8Cool completely and top with cherry or blueberry pie filling.

9Refrigerate until serving.
