- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1/3 c. sherry (medium dry)
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
Directions

1Remove wing tips and cut chicken wings in half at joint.

2Cook wings in Dutch saucepan in salad oil for about 7 minutes, stirring constantly.

3Reduce heat to medium and add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Uncover and cook 10 minutes more; liquid should be absorbed and wings tender.
