- 4 oz. red candied cherries, chopped fine
- 4 oz. green candied cherries, chopped fine
- 4 oz. green candied pineapple, chopped fine
- 4 oz. red candied pineapple, chopped fine
- 7 oz. bag Baker's coconut
- 2 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
Directions

1Mix all ingredients well.

2Use food processor to chop fruits and nuts.

3Use small cupcake pan.

4Spray well with Baker's Joy. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.

5Turn onto wax paper when removed from oven.

6Makes approximately 40 small cakes.
