- 1 1/3 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 2/3 c. finely chopped ham
- 1/3 c. sliced green onions
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 1/3 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 large pkg. buttermilk biscuits
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Separate each biscuit by peeling layers. (It helps to spray hands with Pam.)

3Use each layer to line one section of a miniature tart pan.

4Combine cheese, meat and onions; mix well.

5Spoon a teaspoon of mixture into each section of biscuit lined tart pan.

6Stir together eggs, sour cream, salt and Worcestershire sauce.

7Pour 1 tablespoon of mixture into each tart. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.

8Cool in pan for 5 minutes.

9These freeze well.
