- 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Melt chocolate with butter in a medium pan.

2Remove from heat and add eggs, sugar, extract, flour, salt and nuts.

3Blend well by hand.

4Pour into a well-greased 9-inch square pan.

5Bake 20 to 25 minutes.

6Cool.

7Spread with frosting and refrigerate.

8Spread with glaze and refrigerate.

9When glaze is set, cut into squares.
