  • 1/4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. flavoring or more, if desired
  • 1 2/3 c. powdered sugar
  • food coloring, if desired

Directions

    Mash cream cheese; add flavoring and food coloring.

    Mix in sugar; knead with hands until like pie dough.

    Roll into marble size balls.

    Dip in granulated sugar.

    Press into candy molds. Unmold at once on waxed paper.

    If you do not have a mold, flatten with hand on waxed paper.

    Let sit for 24 hours until firm.
