- 1 (16 oz.) pound cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 c. mint chocolate chips
Directions

1Microwave 1/2 cup chips on Medium (50%) for 1 to 2 minutes. Stir until smooth.

2Combine chocolate with rest of ingredients. Beat 4 minutes with electric mixer.

3Fold in remaining 1 1/2 cups mint chips.

4Pour into 9-inch round pan.

5Microwave at 50% for 3 minutes. Then microwave on High for 3 minutes.

6This will use 3 cups batter.

7Sprinkle with chocolate powdered sugar.
