Mint-Chocolate Malted

  • 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
  • 4 c. milk
  • 2/3 c. plain malted milk powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • several drops mint extract

Directions

    Place chocolate pieces in saucepan; add 1 cup of the milk. Heat and stir over low heat until chocolate pieces melt.

    Stir in remaining milk, malted milk powder, vanilla and mint extract; heat through.

    Beat with rotary beater until frothy; pour into cups or mugs.

    Serves 6.
