  • 4 sprigs of fresh mint
  • 12 teaspoon sugar
  • crushed ice
  • 12 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons grapefruit juice
  • 120 ml tonic water, chilled
  • lemon slice, to garnish

Directions

    Crush two of the mint sprigs with the sugar and put these into a glass.

    Fill the glass with crushed ice.

    Add the lemon and grapefruit juices and the tonic water.
  4. 4
    Stir gently and decorate with the remaining mint sprigs and lemon slices.
