- 2 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp nonfat plain yogurt
- 2 tsp Rice vinegar
- 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
- 8 oz Pineapple chunks or rings, drained & coarsely chopped
- 2 cup coleslaw mix
Directions

1Whisk mayonnaise , yogurt, vinegar and red pepper in a medium bowl.

2Add pineapple and coleslaw mix and stir to combine.

3Place in fridge until ready to serve.
