  • 2 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp nonfat plain yogurt
  • 2 tsp Rice vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 8 oz Pineapple chunks or rings, drained & coarsely chopped
  • 2 cup coleslaw mix

Directions

    Whisk mayonnaise , yogurt, vinegar and red pepper in a medium bowl.

    Add pineapple and coleslaw mix and stir to combine.

    Place in fridge until ready to serve.

    Wonderful served on a crispy fish sandwich or served as a side.
