- 2 c. vanilla wafers or graham cracker crumbs
- 6 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3 eggs
- 3 sq. baking chocolate, melted
- 1 c. cream, whipped or 2 c. Cool Whip
- 3 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1/4 c. crushed pillow mints
Directions

1Blend vanilla wafers or graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Cream the powdered sugar and butter; add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.

3Add melted chocolate.

4Beat until light and fluffy.

5Spoon over crumbs in pan.

6Refrigerate.

7Whip the cream (or use Cool Whip); gently fold in the marshmallows.

8Spread carefully over the chocolate layer.

9Sprinkle crushed mints over the top.

10Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.

11Cut into squares and serve.
