Mint Juice Tea

  • 7 whole Tea Bags (regular Size)
  • 7 sprigs Mint
  • 6 ounces, weight Frozen Lemonade Concentrate
  • 1-1/4 cup Pineapple Juice

Directions

    Boil 3 cup of water and add tea bags and mint; steep for 30 minutes or more. Pour into a 1-gallon container (remove tea bags but keep mint if desired); add remaining ingredients (plus sugar if desired, although I think this is plenty sweet). Add as much water as necessary to fill the 1-gallon container. Mix well and chill. Stir before serving.
