- 3/4 cups Almond Or Plant Milk
- 1 teaspoon Matcha Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Ground Flax Seed
- 1 whole Frozen Banana
Directions

1Add spinach and mint leaves to a blender and blend for a few seconds until leaves are chopped small. Stop blending and add almond milk, matcha powder, flax seed, and banana. Continue blending until smooth.
