- 1 lb. dried prunes
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. mint extract
Directions

1In a hot pot, combine prunes, water to cover, vinegar and cinnamon.

2Bring to a low boil.

3Cook until prunes are tender. Remove from heat.

4Add mint extract.

5Cover; let stand 12 hours. Chill in refrigerator.

6Yields 1 pound.
