Ingredients
- 1 cup Basmati Rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 2 piece green chillies, diced
- 3/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 3/4 tsp corriander powdee
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 cup mint leaves
- 1 tsp cinnamon, cardamom pods (crushed) and cloves
- 2 cup water, to cook rice
- 1 salt to taste
Directions

1Clean and soak rice for 10-15 minutes

2In and a large microwave proof bowl, add ghee, onion, green chillies and ginger garlic paste.

3Mix well and micro at high power for 3 min

4Add corriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala.

5Stir and micro at high power for 30 seconds.

6Then add rice, water, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and salt.

7Stir well and micro for 13 min.

8Do not forget to cover the bowl with a lid.

9Stir well and let it stay covered for 3 min .
