- 1 pkg. lime Jell-O
- 2 tall cans crushed pineapple
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. small marshmallows
- 1 (7 to 8 oz.) pkg. butter mints
- 1 pt. whipping cream
Directions

1Sprinkle dry lime Jell-O on crushed pineapple.

2Stir well and add small marshmallows.

3Place in refrigerator 6 to 7 hours.

4Stir occasionally.

5Shave, crush or blend one package of butter mints. Whip one pint of whipping cream or 2 packages of Dream Whip.

6Fold whipped cream and the crushed mints into Jell-O mixture.

7Place in an oblong pan and freeze.

8Serve frozen.

9Will keeps 2 weeks in freezer.
