  • 1 glass sugar
  • 1 bunch fresh mint
  • 2 pieces lemon

    Put water and sugar in a pan and start to boil them.

    First grate peel of lemons and then press them juice.

    When the water boiling, put the peels and juice of lemon into the pan.

    clean the bunch of mint under running water and then chop largely,

    Add chopped mints into the pan and boil the water for 1 minute.

    after boiling turn off the oven and leave the pan for cooling

    When the pan cool enough filter your sherbet in a bottle and put in the refrigerator.

    After cold completely yo can serve your mint sherbet with a couple of fresh mint leaves and a slice of lemon
