- 3 c. water
- 2 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 c. fresh washed mint leaves
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and stir well.

2Bring to a boil and cook 10 minutes or until mixture is reduced to 2 1/4 cups.

3Remove from heat, stir and strain.

4Refrigerate.

5May be served over fresh fruit or in tea.
