- 1 c. washed mint leaves, firmly packed
- 1 tea bag of orange pekoe
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1/2 gallon boiling water
- juice of 8 large lemons
Directions

1Place mint leaves, tea bag, sugar and cinnamon stick in large container; add 1/2 gallon boiling water.

2Let steep 1 hour, keeping container covered; strain.

3Add lemon juice and enough water to make 1 gallon.

4Serve hot or cold.
