  • 1 12 cups water
  • mint leaf, handful
  • 1 12 cups sugar
  • 2 12 cups lemon juice
  • 8 (28 ounce) bottles ginger ale
  • fresh mint sprig, for garnish

Directions

    Heat water & pour over mint leaves.

    Dissolve sugar in hot water.

    Steep 30 minutes to 2 hours.

    Strain out leaves.

    Add lemon juice & ginger ale when ready to serve.

    Pour over ice with a sprig of mint in each glass.
