- mint leaf, handful
- 1 12 cups sugar
- 2 12 cups lemon juice
- 8 (28 ounce) bottles ginger ale
- fresh mint sprig, for garnish
Directions

1Heat water & pour over mint leaves.

2Dissolve sugar in hot water.

3Steep 30 minutes to 2 hours.

4Strain out leaves.

5Add lemon juice & ginger ale when ready to serve.

6Pour over ice with a sprig of mint in each glass.
