- 3 (12 oz.) bags baby carrots
- 1/4 c. mint jelly
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. chopped, fresh mint
Directions

1About 1 hour before serving, peel and cook carrots 20 minutes or until carrots are tender.

2Drain carrots.

3Stir in mint jelly, butter and mint, chopped.

4Cook over medium heat until jelly and butter melt.

5Serve hot.
