  • 3 (12 oz.) bags baby carrots
  • 1/4 c. mint jelly
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped, fresh mint

Directions

    About 1 hour before serving, peel and cook carrots 20 minutes or until carrots are tender.

    Drain carrots.

    Stir in mint jelly, butter and mint, chopped.

    Cook over medium heat until jelly and butter melt.

    Serve hot.
