  • 12 cup lemon juice
  • 13 cup lime juice
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves, loosely packed
  • 12 cup simple syrup
  • 1 small cucumber, very thinly sliced
  • ice cube
  • 4 cups lemonade, chilled
  • 1 (1 liter) bottle club soda, chilled

    In a large pitcher combine lemon and lime juice.

    Add mint leaves and Simple Syrup.

    Using a muddler or the back of a spoon crush leaves and stir together well.

    Add cucumber slices and ice cubes.

    Pout lemonade and club soda into pitches.
