- 1 lb. strawberries
- 1 bunch fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 kiwis
- 1 c. cantaloupe chunks
Directions

1In 2-quart saucepan, combine 1 bunch fresh mint leaves, water, and sugar.

2Heat to boiling on high.

3Remove from heat.

4Cool completely; strain and discard mint.

5In large bowl, combine cooled syrup with strawberries, kiwis, and cantaloupe chunks.

6Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
