Minted Fruit Tea

  • 8 cups water
  • 3 family-size tea bags
  • 3 sprigs of fresh mint
  • 4 cups fresh pineapple juice
  • 34 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, defrosted
  • 1 12 cups frozen orange juice concentrate, defrosted
  • 1 34 cups water

Directions

    This tea is best made a day or so ahead of time.

    Place tea bags and fresh mint sprigs in container in which you are going to steep tea.
  3. 3
    Boil 8 cups of water and pour over the tea bags and the mint.
  4. 4
    Let tea bags and mint steep as long as you can - I try to leave them in for a couple of hours.

    Remove tea bags and mint from container, squeezing tea bags to get all remaining tea from them.

    Add pineapple juice, defrosted juice concentrates and water; refrigerate.
