  • 12 carrots
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 tsp. chopped fresh or dried mint leaves

    Cook carrots until tender; drain and add honey and butter. Cook over low heat until carrots are glazed, turning several times.

    Just before serving, sprinkle with mint.
