- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, or 2 lb. fresh peas
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 sprig fresh mint, or 1/2 tsp. dried mint
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Cook peas in boiling water with salt, sugar and mint, about 10 minutes or until peas are tender.

2Drain.

3Combine butter and lemon juice, pour over peas.

4Makes 6 servings.
