- 2 1/2 lb. fresh English peas
- 2 Tbsp. jellied mint sauce
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Shell and rinse peas.

2Cook peas in boiling water to cover 10 to 12 minutes or until tender.

3Drain, reserving 1/4 cup liquid. Return peas and reserved liquid to pan.

4Add remaining ingredients.

5Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 2 to 3 minutes or until mint sauce melts.
