- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1 (15 oz.) pkg. creamy white frosting mix
- food coloring (red or green)
- 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
Directions

1Put butter and milk in 2-quart microproof bowl.

2Cook on High for 45 seconds, or until butter is melted.

3Stir in frosting mix. Cook on High for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, or until bubbly.

4Stir twice during cooking time.

5Stir in food coloring to tint.

6Add extract. Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.

7When cool, store in airtight container.
