- 1 cup mirin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 kg pork tenderloin (pounded evenly flat) or pork belly
- 1 tbsp butter
Directions

1Whisk together mirin, garlic powder, and salt in a large bowl.

2Add the pork and turn to coat well.

3Refrigerate until ready to cook (marinate about 30 mins or more).

4When ready to cook, heat the buttered pan to high.

5Reduce heat to medium and add the pork.

6Grill for 5 mins per side.

7Set aside to rest.
