  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 package (12 Oz. Package) Stuffing Mix
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Spaghetti Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzrella Cheese

    Preheat the oven to 350F.

    Spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

    In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, stuffing mix, and water until well combined.

    Using your hands, create 12 medium-sized cupcakes and drop them into the muffin tin.

    Use a large spoon to make a well on top of each cupcake and spoon on the spaghetti sauce.

    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

    Add the cheese on top of each cupcake, then bake for another 5 minutes.

    Serve with green beans and potatoes.
