- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 (4 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. self-rising corn meal
- 1 onion, finely chopped
Directions

1Combine eggs with oil.

2Stir in corn and then sour cream until blended.

3Stir in meal, blending well.

4Fold in onions.

5Turn mixture into a greased 8-inch square baking pan.

6Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until done.
