  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. cocoa
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • dash of salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • chopped pecans

Directions

    Cream 2 sticks margarine margarine, sugar and 1/3 cup cocoa. Add eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla; mix.

    Add flour, 1 cup nuts and salt; beat two minutes.

    Bake in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 35 minutes.

    Spread marshmallow cream on hot cake and cool.
