  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip
  • 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Crush Oreo cookies.

    Put one layer on bottom of pan.

    Cream together the cream cheese and margarine until smooth.

    Mix in powdered sugar.

    Mix together the pudding, milk and vanilla.

    Mix together pudding mix and cream cheese mixture.

    Fold in Cool Whip. Pour this over Oreo cookies.

    Top with remaining cookies.
