- 2 sticks butter
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp. each: almond, coconut and rum extract
- 5 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Cream butter and shortening.

2Gradually add sugar.

3Blend in about 1/2 of the flour and all baking powder.

4Stir in milks and extracts.

5Then blend in remaining flour.

6Beat a short while until fluffy.

7Beat in eggs, one at a time.

8Grease and flour Bundt pan. Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.

9Let sit in Bundt pan 10 minutes, then turn over on cake plate.

10When cool,

11sprinkle powdered sugar lightly.

12Then add fresh fruit to the plate.
