- 8 c. cooked and sliced spuds
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. American cheese, diced
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. green or black olives, chopped
- 4 to 6 slices fried bacon, crumbled
Directions

1Toss spuds with mayonnaise and salt, pepper, cheese and onion. Place mixture in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and olives.

3Bake for 1 hour at 325°.

4Serves 8 to 10 people.
