   Crush cookies.

   Put half in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Mix cream cheese and oleo until smooth.

   Mix in sugar.

   Fold in Cool Whip. Mix pudding, milk and vanilla together in a bowl.

   Add to cream cheese mixture.

   Pour on cookies in pan.

   Sprinkle rest of crushed cookies on top.

   Chill and serve.
