  • 4 each oranges blood, peeled, pith removed and cut into thick slices
  • 1 large grapefruit peeled and cut into segments
  • 1 each oranges peeled and cut into segments
  • 2 each tangerines or clementines, peeled, pith removed and cut into segments
  • 4 each black peppercorns crushed
  • 1 x mint leaves as needed
  • 1 x yogurt, low-fat or non-fat, as needed
